Course Overview
With lively videos, quizzes, therapy role plays, case examples, and interviews with the source - Dr. David Burns, you will learn the processes of therapy that have been shown to have the greatest impact on positive therapeutic outcomes.

First you’ll learn about measurement, also known as routine outcome monitoring. Next, you’ll learn therapeutic empathy skills that will help you build a strong therapeutic alliance with your patients. You’ll learn step-by-step how to reduce resistance and boost motivation so that you can connect with, and help, even your most challenging patients. And finally, you will learn many cognitive techniques, such as examine the evidence, re-attribution, the survey technique, and more! At the end of the course, you will be given a test to ensure you have learned the skills. Passing this test is required to receive CE credit and TEAM-CBT Level 1 certification. You will have 2 "re-take" opportunities to pass the final test (3 chances in total).
