Description
Do you have patients who struggle with social anxiety and worry about embarrassing themselves, being evaluated negatively, or being rejected by others? Social anxiety disorder is one of the most prevalent mental health problems in the U.S and can cause significant impairments in functioning. In this free one-hour webinar on social anxiety offered by Angela Krumm, Ph.D., we will share a brief evidence-based didactic on interpersonal exposure to help your patients overcome feelings of shame, embarrassment, and anxiety and answer the many excellent questions we received from the audience in our recent webinar on this topic.

Learning Objectives:

1. Describe two interpersonal exposure methods you can use to help your patients overcome social anxiety
2. Set up shame attacking (social mishap) exercises for your patients who struggle with social anxiety

This is an asynchronous (pre-recorded) webinar. In order to obtain CE credit you must pass (70% or higher) the knowledge test and complete the CE survey.
